Talents of the World, an international concert organization, is doing a Tribute to the legendary operatic baritone, Dmitri Hvorostovsky, whose untimely death on November 22nd, 2017, shocked the world. As New York Times' journalist, Anthony Tommasini, described him: "A favorite of audiences thanks to his alluring voice and heartthrob presence, Mr. Hvorostovsky cut a striking figure, his trim 6-foot-1 frame topped by a mane of prematurely white hair." Renée Fleming, world's favorite soprano, performed frequently with Dmitri and thought that "There “have been many beautiful voices,’’ the soprano Renée Fleming said, “but in my opinion none more beautiful than Dmitri’s.”
On Wednesday, April 25th, 2018 at 7:30PM, at Europa Concert Hall, a concert, featuring some of the world's most famous opera singers, will remember Dmitri's legacy and fill the hall with his favorite repertoire: from Opera, to Operetta, to Russian and Gypsy Romance, and to lighter, "pop" genre.
