Q.Can we use your ticket software to sell tickets directly from our own web site?
A.Yes. Tix can easily be integrated with your existing web site so that customers don't have to 'leave' your site. Our web ticket software can be customized to have the same look and feel of your existing web site, complete with your logos, banners, links, fonts, and colors. Take a look at City of Jackson, TN, Fort Lewis College, Skirball Cultural Center, and University of the Pacific for examples of our Private Label solution.
 
Q.Can we use your system in our box office?
A.Yes. You can use our system for all of your box office ticketing needs. All you need is a computer with an Internet connection.
 
Q.Can we use our own box office system and just use Tix for Internet sales?
A.Yes. You can use any combination of our ticketing services.
 
Q.Can you accept phone orders for ticket sales?
A.Yes. Tix has a toll-free Call Center available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
 
Q.I have a reserved seating venue. Can the customers choose their own seats?
A.Yes. Customers can easily see which seats are available and choose the seats they want. Customers can also choose 'Best Available' and our system will find the best seats for them. Patrons can even view a photo from each seat location. Our system can also sell General Admission events.
 
Q.Can you print and mail tickets?
A.Yes. Tix can print and mail tickets to your patrons.
 
Q.Can I print and mail tickets?
A.Yes. Our ticket program interfaces with most ticket printers.
 
Q.Can the customer print their own tickets?
A.Yes. You have the option of allowing your customers to print their own e-tickets.
 
Q.Do we have to use tickets?
A.No. Many of our clients use a ticketless or Will Call process.
 
Q.Can I use my own merchant account for credit card processing?
A.Yes. Tix interfaces with most online credit card processors. Revenue from ticket sales is deposited directly into your bank account shortly after each customer purchases their tickets.
 
Q.I don't have an online merchant account for credit card processing. Can you help me get one?
A.Yes. We can work directly with your bank, or with one of the credit card processing companies that we recommend. It's up to you.
 
Q.Do I have to have my own credit card merchant account?
A.No. Tix can take care of the credit card processing for you.
 
Q.How do I get paid?
A.When using our merchant account for credit card processing, we send you a check. When using your merchant account, the money goes directly into your bank account.
 
Q.Is it safe?
A.Yes. We use state-of-the-art 128 bit SSL encryption technology to insure your customer's information is always safe and secure.
 
Q.How will I keep track of ticket sales?
A.Tix allows you to view ticket sales and manage your events in real-time from any computer connected to the Internet. You can also receive daily e-mail messages recapping your daily ticket sales. We have a variety of reports, charts, and utilities to keep you informed.
 
Q.What kind of equipment will I need?
A.All that is needed is a computer with an Internet connection.
 
Q.Can I sell season tickets or subscriptions?
A.Yes. Tix can handle most any season ticket or subscription need. Our system allows you to sell build-your-own-season or fixed packages. We can also help you with renewals.
 
Q.Can your system accept coupons, discounts, or promotional codes?
A.Yes. Tix allows you to use wide variety of discount types including; dollar discounts, percentage discounts, group pricing, and "buy two, get one free" type promotions.
 
Q.Can you accept donations or memberships for my organization?
A.Yes. We can solicit and accept donations and memberships for your organization. Tix allows you to offer pre-set levels and/or open donation amounts.
 
Q.Can you collect additional demographic information from my customers?
A.Yes. We can customize demographic data collection to suit your needs. We can collect anything from the simple "How did you hear about us?" to sophisticated surveys with multiple choice and free-form answers.
 
Q.How can Tix help me with marketing?
A.At your request, Tix will e-mail your patrons to help promote your future events. We can also export your customer file to add to your own mailing list.
 
Q.Is there a long-term contract?
A.No. We have to keep you satisfied in order to keep your business.
 
Q.How long does it take to set up?
A.We can usually have you up and running in a day or two.
