Tix's ticket service includes our optional toll-free Call Center. Some people simply prefer to order tickets over the phone. Our live operators are available to accept ticket sales 24 hours a day, 7 days a week from your ticket buyers.
Our statistics show that approximately 45% of ticket sales occur outside of normal business hours. Our Call Center is available to provide ticket services when you need it most.
Ask about our custom solutions that include a personalized toll-free number, and automated menu options for commonly asked questions (press 1 for showtimes, press 2 for directions, etc.). |
