| Iris DeMent Stuart's Opera House welcomes one of the finest American songwriters around, Iris DeMent, to Nelsonville for a great evening of music. DeMent is still going strong after 20 years of acclaimed albums and live shows along with collaborations with everyone from John Prine (which earned her a Grammy nomination) and Merle Haggard to Delbert McClinton. Don't miss this show! Ticket Fees-An Explanation: Stuart's Opera House tickets have a processing fee added to the face value of each ticket. This almost covers the cost of our ticketing system, but in order to keep them as low as we can, we actually lose a little bit of money on most transactions.
