"Our Father's War" & "The Drift" | San Joaquin Film Festival 2008
THE FILMS
Open an afternoon of captivating documentaries at the San Joaquin Film Festival 2008 "Lights, Camera, Pacific!" program with the West Coast premiere of "Our Father's War: A Vietnam Journey" by Director Randall Wilson. It's been 39 years since Sergeant David Lopez left Vietnam. In the summer of 2006, he and family took a journey back to Vietnam to bury his past. This documentary will open with Kelly Sear's imaginative and picturesque, animated-experimental film, "The Drift."
