PHILLY TO NEW ORLEANS BENEFIT: KYLE JUSTIN W/ SPECIAL GUESTS

Earning rave reviews from fans and critics alike, Kyle Justin has been steadily making his mark on the Philadelphia region. Quickly garnering commercial radio airplay nationwide, his engaging music and style have made him a staple in acoustic rooms and popular venues in the Philly area and beyond. The Philadelphia music scene is saying Kyle's interesting guitar voicings, soulful melodies, and thoughtful lyrics come from a "true poet" with "engaging music."

Whether she’s performing solo or with a rhythm section, Lili Ańel’s songs captivate her audience. A transplanted New Yorker, Lili considers herself a Philadelphian and with good reason: venues like World Café Live! have embraced her: WXPN has featured her. Defying categorization and her music is a hybrid of “urban/acoustic/jazz/pop” combined with a powerfully unique vocal style which brings her to the forefront.

As a singer/songwriter, John Conahan follows the tradition of thoughtful, piano-rooted songwriting. With bombastic vocals and exciting, beautiful piano playing, he is capable of introspective, sincere (yet angular) ballads, as well as the danceable and festive rockers. He’s shared the stage with folks like Jeffrey Gaines, Dispatch, Los Lobos and Rachael Sage and performs regularly at the Kimmel Center, World Café Live & the Tin Angel in his hometown of Philadelphia. John is well known for his witty stage banter and amiable, festive persona.
